How soon will I receive this

This package is normally
shipped the same day or the very next day following your
order, depending on your location it should take 5-7
business days at the very most.
However due to the
current raise in fuel prices some of our shipping partners
are scaling back their operations and it may cause a 1-2
day delay in shipping. |

This package really does give
you EVERYTHING a "first-time" coach needs to get started.
There are a few small items any coach might need from time
to time:
- Extra mouthpieces (2-3)
- Couple of Ice Packs
- Small First aid kit
- Extra chinstraps (1-2)

local sporting goods store, or even wal-mart or target. |

questions asked. We have had to issue less that 1%
refunds since 2004, coaches are happy with our playbooks and
we know you will be too.

within 48 hrs of receiving your shipment or within 12 hours
of placing the order. If you request a refund prior to
shipping you will get an instant refund. If you wait
