What type of material is the
playbook made of? |

A: |
All of our Printed playbooks
are printed on a durable high-quality paper. The
playbooks are 8.5"x11" and bound by a durable plastic
spiral binding. The binding allows you to remove
single plays from the playbook for use, such as making
copies, and then insert the play back into the playbook.
The plays are printed in full color at a very high
resolution so the play detail is perfect. |

of your personal data, none of your credit card data is
stored so you can rest assured it is SAFE. |

What is your Refund Policy? |

Our policy is VERY simple, if
you are not happy we will do everything we can to make you
happy, we will either provide you with a different playbook
that more suits your needs than the one you purchased, or we
will refund your purchase if you are not satisfied, no
questions asked. We have had to issue less that 1%
refunds since 2004, coaches are happy with our playbooks and
we know you will be too.
Note:
We require that you request a refund within 48-hours after
you receive your order, once the refund has be authorized,
normally takes less than 24 hours, we will request that the
product be returned to us, then we will credit your account. |

How soon will I receive my
playbook? |

A: |
We ship all playbooks via USPS
Priority Mail. This means you should normally receive
your order within 2-3 business days. We ship all
orders at 3:00 pm PST, orders placed after that will be
shipped the next business day. All orders placed on
the weekend will be shipped on Monday. We can ship to
PO Boxes, and will use Express Overnight mail upon request,
however we cannot guarantee it actually gets there in
24-hours, so we recommend the 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. |
